End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and CT DESIGNS TASARIM LTD. ("we", "us", or "our") and governs your use of the Virtual Try-On mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock a monthly quota of AI try-ons and related features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only with images you have the right to use, and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the App.

User content

You retain ownership of the photos you provide. You grant us a limited right to process those photos solely to generate your requested try-on results, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are approximations and may not accurately represent real products or fit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.
