Virtual Try-On, operated by CT DESIGNS TASARIM LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"), provides an AI-powered virtual try-on experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use the Virtual Try-On mobile app and how we use it. We designed Virtual Try-On to collect as little data as possible.

Information we handle

• Photos you provide. When you use a try-on, the photos you select or capture are sent to our servers and to our AI processing provider solely to generate your try-on result. Photos are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers after your request is completed. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.
• Account information. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your name and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address) to create and secure your account. Sign in is optional.
• Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through our payments provider (RevenueCat). We receive purchase status and a subscription identifier so we can unlock the features you paid for. We never receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

• To generate your virtual try-on results.
• To create and secure your account, if you sign in.
• To provide and restore your subscription entitlements.
• To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the app.

What we do not do

• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use third-party advertising.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Face data

Photos you provide for a try-on may include your face. We handle such images as follows:

• What we collect: We collect only the photos you choose to upload. We do not perform facial recognition, we do not create face templates, faceprints, or any biometric identifiers, and we do not extract or analyze facial geometry.
• Use: Photos (including any faces they contain) are used solely to generate the virtual try-on image you requested. They are not used for any other purpose, including advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
• Storage and retention: Photos are processed in memory only. They are never written to disk or to a database on our servers, and they are discarded immediately after your try-on request completes — typically within seconds. We retain no copies.
• Sharing: Photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing provider (Google Gemini API) for the sole purpose of generating your try-on result, and to no other third party. Our provider processes the images on our behalf and does not use them to train its models.
• Deletion: Because photos are never stored, there is nothing to delete after a request completes. Deleting your account removes all account and subscription records associated with you.

Data retention

Uploaded photos are not retained after your try-on request completes. Account and subscription records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Third parties

We rely on service providers to operate Virtual Try-On, including Apple (sign-in and payments), our AI processing provider (to generate try-on images), and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data only to perform services for us.

Your choices

You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your account and associated records. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Children

Virtual Try-On is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
